Common Issues & Solutions

Check your firewall settings and ensure ports 1935 (RTMP) and 9999 (SRT) are open. Verify your stream key is correct.

Enable hardware encoding in settings. Reduce output resolution or bitrate if needed.

Ensure the bot has proper permissions in your Discord server. Check the bot token in your configuration.

Verify your failover video path is correct and the timeout setting is configured (default 5 seconds).
